Tacos a Plenty....Mucho Bueno...and a suprise.

I made 4 different Tacos.
One for Breakfast, one for Lunch, one for Dinner, and one for Dessert.

First I grilled the Peaches, Shrimp, Salmon, and ground beef.

Next came the question...which is better; Corn taco shells, or flour taco shells?

To solve this problem; I combined them.
I put a thin layer of Refried beans on the flour Taco shell and then wrapped
it around the outside of the Corn Taco shell. (See pics below)....

For the Breakfast Taco ( the one on the Left) I added a little Cheddar &
Queso Fresco cheese along with some grilled Salmon...then a fried egg,
topped with some Hollandaise Sauce.

For the Lunch Taco (second from the left) I added some cheddar & Queso
Fresco cheese, seasoned ground beef, and hot sauce.

For the Dinner Taco (third from the left) I added some Cheddar & Queso
Fresco cheese, seasoned grilled Shrimp, with sweet & sour sauce.

All had lettuce and tomato as needed for them.

Now for the Dessert Taco.
I spread some Peanut Butter on the flour tortilla, then wrapped it around
the Corn tortilla shell. I spread some Nutella (a Chocolate, Hazelnut
mixture) on the inside of the corn shell. I then added some Whipped
Cream, then the grilled Peaches, and a sprinkle of Cinnamon on top.

All were good and different...I suppose the best was the Dessert Taco
with the grilled Peaches.....(you gotta try it!)

I absolutely LOVE the presentation using the baguette! As hard and crunchy as that crap usually is, I'm glad someone found a good use for them.
