Thanks for all the brisket advice, I'm getting very consistent with them. My cousin actually told me this was the best one he'd ever tasted. ( not sure how many times he's eaten it though  )

And last but not least, This gem has been aging in the back of my ice box for around forty five days. Picked up from a buddies farm three days after it was butchered. May I present to you the greatest steak I have ever cooked, Beef Tenderloin :whoo::dancer:

Well initially I was gonna go 30ish but it has been a very busy summer. The meat as you can see was fine, no funky smell. And honestly if I can continue getting fresh, I will never buy packaged again. It literally "Pulled" when I grabbed it with the tongs.

NICE! I like the way you cook. Can't beat a good DO meal. That is some cool thinking with the vise grips and the pipe. I likey that idea!!

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Bob ! It was a quick last minute rig so I could try out DO. Eventually I hope to have a set up similar to yours. I made beans but CI must have a learning curve cause I over cooked them. Good flavor but mushy . Oh well. Chili next, I hope its harder to screw up.:icon_blush:
