Tying down smokers

Have a 7x14 enclosed that I haul my stuff around for comps. includes a 350lb clone cooker. It seems that no matter how I tie it down it moves. I have E-track on 2 levels on each side that I use. so can anyone give me clues to how to do it better. Pics maybe? Best geometry to tie.

Have a 7x16 trailer with a Lang 48(600 lbs).... use 4 hardpoint tie-downs.

One in front, and one behind the smokers... .. strapped to the axles (like tying down a car on a flatbed) and one more strap (left to right side) throwing a strap over the main body of the smoker.

Ratchet Straps, if your not using them already. Four points like has been said. the ratchet straps should be at least 2 inches wide, better if they are 3's.

No way to tie a smoker in place and it not move. You've got to be able to cinch it down. my small 48x20 offset, weighs over 500 lbs. I straped it to a flat bed to take it to the shop for mounting, didnt move an inch.

Give it kind of a 45 deg off the corners, stops the side to side movement
