leftover oak smoked brisket & newly pecan smoked chicken chimichangas w/blackbeans, homemade spanish rice,& white queso sauce.

A chimichanga is a fried burrito. That looks like a regular burrito or an enchilada to me. But either way....yum! Good job! :clap2:

I love brisket for chimichangas, that is what I use for mine.

the reason i called it a chimichanga is because all the mexican restaurants around generalize the term for any giant burrito covered in sauce.

the sauce in this case was just tostitos brand white queso dipping sauce heated up.

just a quicky dinner after we went fishing.
