Nice looking ribs and fruit. i have two Avocado's sitting in the fridge. Will have to try grilling them.

Question for you or any other knowledgeable member. Are Dino Bones the same as short Ribs or different like Baby Backs and Spares?

These 'dino' bones are Beef Back Ribs.

For the Avocados, brushed with a mix of olive oil and lime juice. Start them cut side down. After turning, spoon on some salsa and covered it with a sprinkle of Monterey Jack.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try those Avocado's tomorrow. I assume they cook up nice and soft so i can jab a big ole corn chip in them as a garnish?
