Yep, its the annual BBQ for the Mods on another forum. Really looking forward to it, last year I was the "Monsoon pitmaster" This years the weather will be dry but near 90 degrees.:mad2:

Sweets with creme fresh and Habanaros... Chicken smoked with Plum wood
Whats left of the Armadillo eggs... Pastrami
Pulled pork with Dizzy pig rub....Pulled pork with Blues Hog
Smoked baked beans... Ribs
Selected cold Beverages
The Bacon wrapped hot dogs, burnt ends,smoked peperoni, chedder and brie cheese plate- did not make it to camera.:rolleyes:
Finished with Cherry Pie and Red Velvet cake. Home roasted coffee.

I'm not sayin it happened, but some Bunnahabhain 25 may have been sipped by a few gents, while smoking Cigars that could not possibly be found in NY.
Man I had a great time...
