NEW Dells BBQ Bash ( May 21-22)

I think that this comp needs a new thread (so far). A fresh perspective on this one is a good thing, given the past, speculations?

I for one am hoping that as my first sanctioned KCBS contest as head cook (my own team), that this will be a good one.

Lets let the organizers REALLY know what the KCBS is all about. Brotherhood, teaching, love and Brotherhood. To me there is nothing else.

I will be set up on Thursday, look forward to greeting everyone, drunk as a skunk, until Friday night that is.

I am at a hotel room trying to get some sleep before heading back to lend a hand (I hope it will be a HELPING hand) to Divemaster's team. Unfortunately, I am restless and wired up for some reason. Just wanted to say, I pray God blesses all the competitors this weekend in the Dells - or where ever you are competing.
