Hello my fellow Brethren. Finally got a chance to do a cook on my new UDS. Didnt turn out too bad for a first attempt. They looked better than the cheap camera phone could capture. Tasted even better! All constructive criticism is appreciated. Thx!

Just your basic no frills UDS. I went with the KISS approach

Oops almost forgot. Thanks to all of you out there that have shared all of the useful information. Without you I would still be scratching my head with my old offset stick burner  wondering what went wrong.

Love to keep my UDS builds simple! You can't go wrong with that method. Good job.

Nice UDS, I'm curious, how much are the Weber cooking grates in Kansas? At HD here in Ont. they cost me $36.99 +tax each.

Nice build, but since it has wheels and the ash pan is attached to the coal basket, it's not technically a "no frills" smoker. At least that's what I gather from all the feedback on my last build.

Anywho, ribs look delicious! Congrats!
