That's some tasty looking ribs. How do you like your GatorPit. Been looking at them on their website. Thinking about replacing my ElCheapo Chargrillers.

Love the gatorpit - went with the 24" diameter - easy to maintain temps! They came out great but would be interested in glazing ideas for the last 30-60 minutes.
