Smoked rabbit

Has anyone ever smoked Rabbit before? How should the rabbit be butchered(quartered or how) and does anyone have a good receipe for rabbit? Smoke times,temps, and any other info is greatly appreciated. Thanks Sean

I've smoked them whole only and wrapped them in bacon. These were some I raised and the meat was very lean. I used the bacon to add moisture.
They are tasty!

I grill mine. They're so lean and tender they don't really need a long term smoke.
