thanks guys..they were cooked at 300 unpanned for 1 1/2 hrs..then in the pan for about another hour..this water smoker really produces moist meat..these weren't the best quality ribs on the market but it's just practice..still tasty but i hear ya on the exposed bones..the one on the far right is the one i'd pull from.

Sorry, but with the food you posted you should have a more professional looking logo...that's my opinion.
If people around you like the logo very much you shouldn't change it.
Perhaps you can start a thread in Woodpile to get more opinions of Brethren.

Sorry for the small HiJack and speaking out loud...

thanks for the input phubar..as for professional my dad did the logo and he's been an artist for 40 years..he was in graphic art for many years.i.e. magazine ads and so forth..but he paints highly detailed art now and i told him to keep it simple and straight forward...check out his real art you'll be blown away

Actually, I like the "old wanted poster" feel to the top logo pic.
I've seen your Dad's work somewhere! (Can't remember) Good stuff!

Your Dad is a great artist no doubt, but those logos are lacking my friend. Logos should work in 1 color and be legible when sized down to fit on a business card. The second one has a lot of potential, just needs some tweaking. I'm a Graphic Designer when i'm not smoking and eating food

back on topic: the food looks great!!! the chicken almost looks like a caramel apple mmmmmm
