I missed the live show but just listened to the archive. :clap2: Great show and a real big thanks to the cooks. They really gave up some great information. Who would have ever thought of Pabst Blue Ribbon and worchestshire sauce mixed for a brisket foiling liquid:cool:

PBR is Clone's favorite beer... He doesn't drink at contests, but he might have 2 of them if I bring long necks...

It's my favorite too Scottie. Maybe if I put more in the sauce and less in my mouth my brisket scores would come up:thumb:
