View Full Version : Chicken & Taters(pron)
This made for a great night... did some trimming, then a light rub of theingriedientstore.com's 11 herbs & spices mix... then a 3 hour smoke. The wife cooked up some taters and brussel sprouts:

This, along with a pitcher of Shocktop from the kegerator made a good hockey meal: Wings vs. Predators... a game that was 0-0 through regluation and overtime, and took 10 levels(10 different shooters per team) to decide in the shootout. Wings won, 1-0. Amazing game!!!

Me? I love smoked chicken. The wife likes it, but is tired of it.

If shes tired of it mix it up a bit. The great thing about chicken is that after its cooked, you can chop it up and stuff it into jalapenos then wrap with bacon, make white chili with it, or my personal favorite, make Big Mista's gumbo with leftover smoked chicken,
