Pulled pork and maybe some ribs. Pot luck sides and deserts from the in-laws.
Gonna try some ABTs this weekend and if they turn out good I'll add those too.

We are actually going to have the ham in the over route. Wife is going to Saturday night service, I have to be at Saturday night and both services on Sunday so grilling/smoking out of the question. Now Good Friday/Saturday...thats a whole other story.

WSM full of lamb roasts. If I see any of those woolly little farkers running around I'll put them in the other WSM!

What I cook every Easter Sunday for the last five years, Dr. Chicken's Double Smoked Ham with the Sweet Kiss of Death Injectable Marinade. This year I'm going to also smoke a brisket just because it has been so long since I last smoked one!

Here's the thread that contains the recipe posted by brother Jim Minion. (post #14)

Right now the plan is a smoked leg of lamb. My MIL is rather fickle though.

I'll be smoking 3 slabs of St. Louis Style ribs. Not sure what else everyone wants.

Brisket is the tentative plan. But, the word has gotten out and now I have 15 people coming over. Wow.

I just can't get a ham to turn out the way I want, or I would do one of those also.

I am also going to do Big Bob Gibsons pork tenderloin pinwheels for appetizers. People scarf those things down faster than anything else I have ever made.

No problem frognot, your more than welcome. IMHO, this is with out a doubt the best ham you'll ever eat. Be shure to pull off your smoker when the internal hits 135*.
