I went to Shakeys the other day and the manager offered up a Dessert that was very good. It was a pizza crust topped with cherry pie filling and that apple crisp kinda topping. Was very good. Looks like a great eggventure this summer.

Sounds like a winner to me!

Another option for a dessert pizza is basically a dump cake on top of a pizza crust. Drizzle with some icing if you're a true sugar crack head.

Here's one the kids'll like. Not really a Pizza either, but still fun and cooked in the same setup.

Learned it in boy scouts - Smaco. (Smore - Taco)

mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, soft tortillas baked at 400 degrees for 1 minute 10 seconds a side.

Flour tortillas can be used for a number of things, not the least of which is pizza crust.

Now, I’m sure the pizza purists out there are going to roll their eyes at this, but they make surprisingly good ultra thin crust pizzas as well.

The bonus, at 650 degrees these things cook in a minute and a half.

Now, it’s not the ultimate pizza, but for pure flavour, ease and speed of cooking, they can’t be beat. It’s nice not to have to mess around with any dough, either. Clean, fast and filling.

This ones Chicken, Green Pepper & Cilantro

And the smacos? Well, you let your kids decide. After they’re finished. Gooey, chocolatey and not anywhere near as messy as the smores they’re based on.

How much flavor difference is there between a flour tortilla and a super thin crust? Does it get that crispy without being crumbly consistency?

To be honest, It's different flavour wise, still good, and it stays nice and crispy.

If you want a fast thin crust pizza try it out.
