Saturday my son, Tommy Sanders smoked 200 pounds of prime rib for a benefit at the Catholic Church School in Oroville. Rubbed with turbinado sugar, kosher salt, smoked paprika, cracked black pepper, and slight amount of cayenne pepper. Smoked at 225 degrees for about 6 hours.
