That is fantastically beautiful. Sometimes I make BLT's without the T and a bunch of mayo and pepper. This looks even better than that.

Customer asked for it. 5 orders of pig candy on a bun so he could walk and eat. Considering it for breakfast now...

I'd take one of those in a second, I'd even consider a fried egg on top. Neil I can't tell from the pic but is that a Hawaiian sweet roll you made it on?

That would make a great BLT. I would add a Chipotle Mayo to the sammie.

The PLT!! Rick, that's a beautiful sandwich. Home grown tomatoes?
Last summer, I suggested to BigMista that he ought to sell PLT's at his farmer's markets, using really ripe tomatoes from the farmers he works next to. Luckily, in So Cal, we can get ripe tomatoes year round, although the peak of flavor isn't really during our "winter" months.
So how about it, Neil? Farmer's Market PLT?

The sandwich looks killer, though I have made a pig candy sandwich before, with goat cheese. No photos, but it did happen about 15 months ago! :)
Nothing says breakfast better than brisket on a bisquit unless of course you top it off with pigcandy. That's a $4 sammie right there.
