Picked up a full ribeye to cut into steaks and decided to keep a chunk of it for dinner saturday night. Camera was nearby so here we go.
14 lbs of ribeye

Sliced off steaks and hit the remainder with EVOO, kosher salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.

Into the smoker, with hickory and cherry for the smoke. Pulled at 125, rested for about 30 minutes and sliced.

Made for a nice supper on a rainy Saturday night.
