Are you tired of the same o brisket reruns? The half o pound of large shrimp in this cassoulet makes a dish you will likely love, I know we sure did. Start with garlic, onions, carrots and add baby peas, large lima beans, broth, wine, oregano, your best brisket and some large shrimp. Cook 10 min and slide that same big o pan topped with a cornbread mix for 25 or 30 min till browned nicely, cool a little and serve. Good eats.
