next is to add bottle opener, hooks for tongs, maybe over head spice rack with light. what do you all think.

What kind of grill did that used to be?

That will be a very useful cart.

I think it looks like a good plan with potential. Thanks for the idea. I've got a Brinkmann pro series gasser with toasted burners. You just saved it from the scrap heap. Keep it green man:)

I like the idea of using the side burner for starting the chimney...I hadn't thought of that but have a char-broil propane.....this would at least give it one good use..

Dude, I am so glad you posted that, I have a POS burnt out gasser I been to waiting for city clean up day to get rid of, I'm going to do that instead and throw out the burnt out inside crap instead. Awesome Idea!! Mine has a side burner too, surprising to me that it is the only thing that held up, but it is made out of brass,,,,

Nice job.
I was going to do that to my POS gasser for the past 2 years.
Now that I've seen yours, that's the kick in the a$$ I needed to get my project started.
Thanks.

That is cool. :clap2: Maybe make the center tray removable and mount a turkey fryer burner beneath so you could use it for that or maybe a wok.

Prolly cause the side burners almost never get used, and if they do, they don't have grease etc dripping all over them, and no flare-ups to overheat everything.

thanks for the coments and support. i'm glad i started a fad!! he he. don't forget to post your builds. can't think of doing anything different. but i did have to take a ratchet strap and put around it and tighten it up then bolt the center piece in, to keep it square. i'll post more picks when i add stuff to it. thinking over head spice rack with light.

Good idea, I have an old gasser out back that was destined for the trash. You might have given it a parden.

I find the humor in the fact the Coors Light box in the trash matches the cart.

Excellent build brother!

This would make a great dutch oven cart. Just put some sides on it for wind blocks. Very nice.
