Jackie went to the new Fresh and Easy Market and brought home, salmon and chipotle cheese macaroni

It flavors the salmon a little which I like but keeps it moist

when you use cedar planks...make sure your using western red cedar. this is the variety that is good for cooking. Going down to the local hardware store and cutting up some cedar plank fencing is not good. they have chemicals in there. Also western red cedar is the pureest and has the most flavor. you can also use cedar paper wraps (http://www.cedarpaper.com). A great alternative to planking. wrap food to keep moisture in while giveing nice smoke flavor.

i like to roll my salmon in cedar papers as well. i sometimes add a shallot and lemon wedge. cheers. looks great.
