Well I finally got out and fired up our new to us Backwoods Piglet. I have to say it is different. Once I got the draft down the rest just seemed to fall in place. Right now I have 3 racks of spares, 1 flat and an 18lb butterball turkey on it. Just checked everything and wraped the brisket. I can't wait to taste this stuff!

WOW the brisket was off the chain. The turkey was good and very moist but the skin could have used some more heat to tighten it up. The ribs, well I will let you know after lunch. I have NEVER cooked spares before so I am hoping for the best!
