Peanut Mecca

Made the trek to Texoma Peanut Co. Thursday. Nice little town on the banks of lake Texoma.

Texoma Peanut is great place with nice folks, every kind of peanut or trail mix you could think of. I picked up 10 lbs of Cajun style peanuts and 3 lbs of raw. Can't wait to try some of the smoked recipes that were posted here.

Shoulda got the Jalepeno Jack. But I just ate 2# of Cajun, and they are good too.

I got 5# raw, so I'll experiment with you.
