I'm the FNG around here and just wanted to share some humble examples of what I've cooked up.

My first whole pork loin with mashed taters and onions:

Thick cut sirloin with diced taters:

Ribeye with some revved up ranch beans:

My first attempt at a pork shoulder:

Some Iowa chops:

Bacon wrapped chicken breast:

It all tasted good to me. I've seen quite a bit of great looking food so far while surfing around here. Got some good ideas to try out too.

Iowa Chops are a little gift from God.

Thick cut, bone-in loin chop.

Nice cooking! I'd sample one of all it! And thanks for posting a pic of your outdoor kitchen. I was feeling bad because it was kind of cold here but our snow is GONE!

All looks good to me. The first, loin chops, look a tad dry. Aside from that ... fantastic work!

Thanks everyone. That chicken was the first time I tried it. Did it a couple months ago. Tried it again tonight. Not as good as the first go round. I tried a little different seasoning which I ended up not liking, and cooked it just a hair too long. Still edible, but just not as good as the one in the picture.

Nice Q My friend... Make yourself at home here....

Did you enter those Iowa chops into the "Chops Thowdown? They stand a good chance of winning!

Cheers!

Didn't enter the chops. I think I read in the rules that it had to be cooked in the time period of the throwdown. I made those last summer, and I don't wanna cheat anyone.
