Well the big Backwoods goes by by next week and I need something for the house so I am steeling one these off the floor of the store. Ceramics are all new to me and something this small is down right weird. This could fit in my BWS water pan. Hope to fir her up next week. I think a few good steaks and burgers to start with my friend Jack of coarse.

Kevin,

Congrats on the Primo aquisition! I am 4 months in and still loving it. Your CyberQ has done three outstanding low/slow's for me and running like a top! No overnight yet, but the Guru and Primo are definately a match made in heaven!

I have had my BroilMaster P3 with stainless PC2 cart and griddlefor about 8 years. Top notch stuff. Problem is, since ceramics came into my life, it is awful lonely. Haven't touched since I got my Oval XL.

But, if I was to buy or recommend a gasser, BroilMaster P3 is the way!

I'm thinking you get the pro-series grate set with your store logo on it or something catchy to show with all your new and upcoming pron shots!

I'm also thinking you get at least one side in a "griddle" style. This way, you can do some onions on the griddle for your burgers or some eggs and bacon? some skillet potatoes? the griddle could be pretty limitless. Just ask Skip and Julie what they use their kettle skillet for.

I know if I end up with one of those Primo's soon ;) I'm going to make me some interchangeable grates and griddles. The griddle may actually be a nice fire shield for using a standard pizza stone?

There is a diffuser plate that you can get for low temp cooking and the griddles is a great idea you get a kit that allows you to add extra grates to the top of it so maybe I should ship the whole lot to you to look at what do you think.I am up for a while if you want to chat

Cool Score.

Not sure if they reccomend it or not but you might want to do a couple low and slows before Cranking it up for the steaks. I think it cures or sets the gasket.

That was the reccomendation for the Egg anyway.
