Tim, I will put it on the list to try, unfortunately, there are so many rubs on the list already, I fear I may have forgotten how to make my own rub already.

I hope it was OK to post that link. I got in trouble with the mad staff for making this post. I guess it was against the rules to make the post because the rub is my product. Darned rules:mad:.....thye always cornfuse me.:redface:

I love to spatchcock and do it with a weight on top of it. It really changes the texture of the meat and improves the flavor.
