I decided to brave the cold and cook some lamb shldr blade chops on the mini for lunch.The last time I cooked these,I deboned them and ground them up for some delicious burgers:-D ,but didn't feel like going through the trouble today:roll: .First,I fired up my mini egg with my map torch:

Then I rubbed the chops with Dizzy Pigs "Redeye Express"

Then onto the 400* egg for about a beer and a half:shock: Sorry,that's my only timer:-D
