Every since seeing Rick's Rib Roast the other night I've been craving a big Juicy Steak. Well tonight I had to fix that, and fix it I did.

Nothing left to do now but finish the wine and do the dishes.
Satisfaction personified!

HA! That wasn't anywhere near a smoker so I didn't think to grab the camera. It was All Good. Steak, pie the works. Maybe I'll have another piece.

Well Peanut Butter Pie the easy way...
Lightly brown a pie crust ( 5 minutes at 450°)
- Mix about a 1/2 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter to 1/2 cup confectionary sugar.
(I usually don't measure you just want it to form a nice crumbly mix)
- Spread in the bottom of the warm pie shell (about 1/8 to a 1/4 inch thick)
- Mix two small boxes or french vanilla jello pudding and pour into the pie shell (on top)
- Chill till firm
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with a dusting of the remaining mix

the hard way
Same as above but make your own custard http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1918,157189-243192,00.html

The one I made was the easy and no whipped Cream. Perfect for sittin' on the couch with but not worth a photo.

Where's the egg?

That would be the ceramic cooker surrounding the steak. It's in the background of the cook photo.

Thanks for all the pron praise. I wish there was a way to send a virtual taste to all the Brothers out there. But, until the Star Trek Transporter is invented, you'll have to take my word... It was very tasty. Thanks again to Rick's Tropical Delight for the line on the BGE... I'm loving it.

In fact tonight in the midst of a snow storm I'm smoking some spare ribs!
