I don't know about tubs but I have a friend who uses what are called "metro carts."

Not sure if it's the same brand or not but I bought those exact racks at Costco for $80. It can be one tall rack or two short racks. Very solid and sturdy, well worth the money.

You mean something like galvanized tub turned upside down ?

I have a medium one that I use as an ash pan. Pretty sure I got it at Ace Hardware.

Here's a site that sells many sizes.. Looks like the 15 or 17 gallon one has the right diameter you'd need.

I use galvanized drip pans available at most auto supplies @ $12
Some others use aluminum hot water heater drip pans @ $20 Lowes/HD

She used whats known as Industrial Post Steel Rails to secure the shelves.

I believe that I have seen those same type of cart at Sam's Club for sale....My lady uses them in her catering business, and they are rock solid. Not sure on the dimensions of the ones for sale at Sam's, but they were pretty reasonably priced.
