have you ever used a non-stick rack out of a roaster pan for a rib rack in your uds/smoker. well my wife got me one for christmas just so i can try. let me know of the out come. not sure if the non-stick will be affected in the smoker. it does not look like it is coated with anything but it says non stick.

If it can stand the heat in the oven it should be fine in the UDS. The roaster rack for a rib rack is one of the greatest ideas ever...

I used a non stick rack for our christmas rib roast, came out great. I used the top of a broiler pan to act as a heat diffuser and placed the rack on top to elevate the meat. "Best roast ever" according the fam. Give it a go. Let us know how it works for you.
