Evening fellow q' ers. I've got a few various cooks under my belt with my 22 WSM, but not sure how to proceed with getting a brisket and Bone in Prime Rib roast done at the same time.
I need to get another brisket in the freezer for chili and the prime rib done for Christmas Dinner, but given the winter would prefer to do them both at the same time. How to do this w/o cooking the brisket too fast and / or not cooking the prime rib so low as to not get a good crust. Thoughts? Thanks ahead of time.
