Everything looks great. She is a cutie. My daughter got started early and loves Daddies BBQ and requests it all the time. Good job!!

I'm hoping that A1 was just to scare the beef into acting right. Nice looking steak and beautiful one year old!

Congratulations & Happy Birthday.
Enjoy these days as much as you can.
One day you will ask yourself...."Where did the time go & how did
she grow up so fast?"

Nice looking grub and thanks for the idea, wasn't sure what I was going to cook my little man for his first next month. And although mama isn't a big fan of him doing it he likes steak.

Happy Birthday Hannah! Many more!

As soon as I read the thread title my grandmothers voice jumped into my head. She was always a proponent of giving kids regular food to eat. She would make a good ol' pot roast in the pressure cooker until the meat fell apart. Her thought was a child could never choke on a piece of meat that flaked. Just the struggle would break the meat down. Always thought it a strange thing but my Aunts, Uncles and cousins are all students of that school. So when I saw the thread I had visions of slightly overdone brisket with the flaky edges. Mmmm now I have to find a kid to cook a brisket for. lol
