My turkey breast are getting done to early.

What is the best way to keep them for about 2 hours till we eat?

Once they get to 170 degrees, double wrap in Foil and place in pre-heated cooler wrapped in towels w/extra towels taking up dead air space. This will maintain temps above 150 for a couple of hours.
