For Thanksgiving I always give my employees a turkey or a ham. For those that choose turkey I offered to smoke it for them this year.

Here is the question...

What's the best way to wrap it to deliver tomorrow afternoon? I have them smoking tonight and I was thinking of letting them cool and wrapping them in saran wrap and then wrapping them in heavy duty foil.

Is this the proper way? I know several of you guys smoke turkeys and sell them for Thanksgiving. How do you do yours?

I love to smoke but some things can be done better than I can do them.
SOOO. I order from Greenburg Tyler TX. the best I've ever tasted.
I get them in and they are in a very heavy plastic bag and then in 3 layers of paper bag to help keep cold. I just keep it in the bags in the fridge and pull bird cut some close plastic and back in the paper. it is very clean.
Plastic bag could be a heavy ice bag from a convienant store or something like that.
And you could personalize the outside bag with crayons while drinking a beer or two and waiting on them birds.

I set the bird in a half pan and then wrap in plastic wrap...
