I saw this little food processor in Wally World for $10.00 so I snatched it up. I love salsa and prefer to make it semi fresh by using Ro-Tel tomatoes with peppers and adding fresh ingredients. Only problem is dragging out that big food processor and cleaning it afterward. This little guy is perfect! Easy to clean and doesn't take up much room. I made my first batch but got carried away with the serranos!

Not sure if you have ENOUGH serranos. Likes it spicy!

We have several of those little choppers. It's nice that it fits away in a cupboard when your not using it and easy to clean.

It's nice that it fits away in a cupboard when your not using it and easy to clean. We cover our small appliances and put them in the garage so I have to go out and get it, set it up, clean and dry it then take it back outside. This little thing can be tucked away about anywhere. And we're not in a hurry to get it off the countertop.
