Well...just did 3 huge trays of nut-filled Fudge last night. I cut them into 1 inch by 1 inch cubes. Nice!
This morning I sent my wife to work with 1/3 of them with a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top. I'm taking the rest of them to my work.
Watch out Martha and Alton!

You going to share your recipe or do need to send Phil out there to beat it out of you ?
The description just sent me into insulin shock!! :D
My wife is in candy making mode, too. She's over that the sis-in-laws making a bunch of stuff for gifts and the other night she was doing white chocolate almond clusters and milk chocolate peanut turtles for gifts -- my 20 year old takes candy into his store and makes major points every year :D
I haven't had any of this stuff and it's killing me! I've been low carbing/nosugaring for weight and diabetes control and not being able to eat goodies is tough -- I fell off the wagon a bit over Thanksgiving but have been solid the last week.
It doesn't help that I'm a chocoholic!! :D
