Cold rainy day here today so wanted a something warm for lunch. Nuked some frozen BBB about 10 seconds and into the pan. This stuff is habit forming.

I have dial lup, and I didn't see the "grilled cheese" aspect coming. Caught me right off guard.
Personally? I believe every sandwich is better if it's fried.
Your BBBEggMcGrilledcheesewich looks AWESOME

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. BBB is so easy to make and it just fun and tasty. BBB and smoked cheese are two things I give away to friends and family and never have much left for us. But that's okay, just need to cook more at a time. Thanks again.

Would that be buckboard bacon?

Yea Guerry. BBB = Buck Board Bacon. Most use a pork loin or pork butt. If you can use a pork belly, like what we see as regular bacon, it is great. It's just a fun thing to do and turns out more like Canadian Bacon. Nothing wrong with that.
