Had some time yesterday night to do some chicken wings -

I used my 18.5 OTG, 1 Weber charcoal basket full of lump with 2 small/medium chunks of apple wood, and threw on about a dozen lit Kingsford briquettes.
I brought it up to 250 at the top vent, threw the wings on, got a nice color after 20 minutes, flipped for another 25 minutes and pulled them off.
The wings were dusted with Famous Dave's rib rib [hey it says use on anything, on the bottle!] and they were quite tasty.
I thought I had some orange marmalade/sirracha sauce left over from a previous smoke, but I didn't so these were eaten with a side of Stubbs bbq sauce.
