Did this a few weeks back and completely forgot to post pics. Thats what happens when you have to much homework. I took 4-5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs. I mixed 3/4 cup of my own rub with a 1/4 cup of salt free mrs dash original. I put the chicken thighs and rub mixture all in a bowl and mixed it all up. BBQ'd for about 2 hours on the weber with no smoke. Then i made some sweet potato chipps.

I needed something new. I like a lite smoke flavor and sometimes i like the natural flavor of the foods. Apple wood tends to be strong for me. Thats why i use very little of it..

Looks great! Direct or indirect heat for the chicken?

Coals on both sides of the grill. I might try this same style of cooking for some BB's.

haha. it took me a minute to figure out what you meant. I used to throw pampered chef party's at my house to help a friend out who was rising money so she could adopt a baby. I won a drawing and received the pizza stone and mandalin free with all the attachments. One of them happen to be the waffle cutter. Im impressed that you knew it was a pampered chef manadlin that cut those!!
