I picked up some baby backs and dusted them with Simply Marvelous Sweet And Spicy Rub (http://www.greatlakesbbqsupply.com/product.sc?productId=5&categoryId=2). This rub is exactly as it is advertised sweet with a kick!

I cut it in half to use two different rubs and then changed my mind. :rolleyes:
