Hello all! I've been taking my BBQ very seriously since about 2001 and started cooking professionally about 15 months ago. I have a small catering company that provides a small amount of income and is a whole lot of fun (most of the time). I've been a KCBS contest organizer and have helped to teach a few cooking classes. Always looking for ways to make things better. This looks like a fun place to both learn and help others. Cheers!
