Hello!

I am brand new to this forum AND pretty much brand new to BBQing. Earlier today I purchased a Country Smoker CS-450. I rushed it home, burned it in and, due to the late hour, only had time to cook a couple of T-bones. They were great, though.

I am very excited to learn how to make awesome BBQ and be able to share that with my friends!

Thanks in advance for all the help I know I will get from this forum!!
