Got my alloted 3 hours sleep since getting home from work. Got my ribs trimmed and seasoned before hitting sack. Gotta love the UDS. Gives me time to get goulish.

Had a question on the ribs. With a 2 rack smoker is there any benefit to cooking on the lower rack vs the upper rack? thanks
