Looks great....Looks like steak au poivre, what ever it's called it looks yum.

I like the Sizzle vision, that was way cool, and it is the perfect color inside, And as good as that steak looked, the gravy made my mouth water,, What kind of a Steak was that ?? And also Paulmark,,, I loved your chili entry, you got my vote on that one,,....
