I'd say I have to agree.

Seasoned with no salt seasoning, a little sea salt and a lot of fresh ground pepper. Put them on at 7:00 @ 225* F, with a fatty. I picked up a slab of beef ribs and thick cut bacon and jalapenos for ABTs. I didn't have room on the grate and the other grate is at the shop in a drum. I guess I'll cook the beef ribs, another fatty, some MOINK balls and the ABTs tomorrow at work before lunch. Briquettes and oak.

I should have got both packs. They were only $5.35 per pack. I'm a dummy.

They're coming along nicely. I'll be removing the fatty to devour in the next little while.

They will be ready shortly, I could take them off now. This was an hour or so ago.

I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but I think I'll sauce one section.

By the way, the fatty was perfectly delicious as usual.

Wonder what overnight express shipping will be from the East Coast US? I'll have to get some dry ice.

Even Miss Stinger thought it was funny. "What's that? Must have been hidden in the back of the cabinet!"

Not at all. This horse was more like a tough old Army mule. I'm gonna foil with some apple sauce to re heat for lunch tomorrow. Hopefully that will help them out a little.

Good flavor, a bit tough though.

Good look'n ribs! Like the color...

Let us know if the apple sauce and foil helps with the tenderness.

Thanks for sharing.
