Howdy Brethren! :icon_clown I have pics, so this actually happened!

I made some of the Orange Sriracha wings. I used DP Shakin the Tree as the base rub. I followed the sauce recipe as is. It was pretty good, but I'll play with it to fit my tastes. I think next time I'll use RTD's chipotle ketchup bbq sauce instead of the sriracha.

Sure!

1 18 oz jar of orange marmalade
1/3 cup Sriracha sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
Heat all together in a saucepan to boiling, remove from heat. Dip the wings after they're pretty much done, return to grill (indirect heat so they don't char!) for 15 minutes, and repeat. Pretty good stuff!

That sauce is tasty on any part of the bird.

They look excellent and I know they were very tasty. Try some peach preserves some time as well. You won't be disappointed.

This is an excellent recipe. Almost foolproof....nice heat and sweet together at the same time. Great job!!
