how do you go about contracting with car lots when they do there big sales to provide food for their patrons. I see all the time promos with hot dogs and popcorn. Please any suggestions

I just started cold calling them. Be polite, professional and above all, remember that thew worst they can do is say 'No,' but, you already don't have them as a client... so there is no risk, only reward.

Get to the owner or GM if you can and tell them you'll do a free birthday party for them personally (XX number of people) for every 6 times they hire you to work their lot promotions. Build it into the cost (and they'll know that) but they LOVE LOVE LOVE swag.

I never thought of this! Great way to boost my winter sales!
