Mixed this dough up yesterday it needs 18-hrs to rise

This morning

Let rise on a tee towel for two more hrs.

Getting close to temp. 475*

In the Egg with the top of DO on for 30-min.

Top off and bake for 15-min. more

The taste test turned out real good and spicy

Recipe: 6C Bread flour, 2 1/2 t salt, 1/2t yeast 2 2/3 C cool water, 2 jalapeno chopped, 1/2 t red pepper flakes

that is some good looking bread. Is that the BGE DO or another brand?

Looks like it works really well for all the stuff you do in a DO in the BGE.

-Did you let the dough rise at room temperature?
-Did you pre-heat the dutch oven in the egg?

Yes Room temp. for 18-hrs. then two more hrs on a tee towel while the DO is pre heating in the Egg
