Did anyone brine the turkey breasts?? Was thinking it might be a good idea to keep it moist.

Put a thermometer in it, go by temp not time.

for ball park, if you are using low heat 250 or less I'd say an hour a pound or so.

IF you want it moist use a good thermometer.

When I did my first turkey boobs, I brined it overnight and it was too long.. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=70571&highlight=turkey+boobs

I just did an 8 pound chicken yesterday and I brined it for about 2 1/2 hours and it turned out really good..

A brine never hurts with poultry, especially with the white meat. A chance to introduce moisture as well as flavor.
