I organize BBQ competitions, volunteer at BBQ competitions, and judge BBQ as a Certified Barbecue Judge... but I don't know how to cook it!

My Sertoma brothers presented me this gift...

Yo Jim, not you get to experience the cooking part. Just an FYI for the brethren, Jim is one hard working dude on organizing the bbq comps he has been involved in. Great guy..just don't let him know that. :wink:
